MMS HARRIERS RUN AT SALINA!

SALINA – The McPherson Middle School cross country team sent 17 runners north to Salina on Tuesday for a run at the Salina Invitational.

Kayla Porter had the best finish for the Junior Pup harriers as she placed 12th in the 7th grade girls division, while Keanna Sullivan placed 18th in the 8th grade girls division. Top placements for the Junior Pup boys were Kale French who placed 31st among the 8th grade boys division while Garrett Floyd had the highest placement among the 7th grade boys.

Next up for the McPherson Middle School cross country runners will be next Tuesday when they travel south to run at the Newton Invitational.

MMS CROSS COUNTRY INDIVIDUAL RESULTS @ SALINA:

7TH GRADE JUNIOR LADY PUPS:

Kayla Porter ran a 10:13.94 and finished 12th

Claire Miller ran a 12:04.86 and finished 35th

Gracy Hubbard ran a 13:32.84 and finished 48th

7th GRADE JUNIOR PUPS:

Garrett Floyd ran a 10:15.37 and finished 61st

Carson Houchen ran a 10:16.67 and finished 62nd

Alex Brubaker ran an 11:04.78 and finished 72nd

Roary Whorton ran a 12:18.42 and finished 79th
