MCPHERSON – At a preliminary hearing on Friday, October 25, at the McPherson County Courthouse, Noah Bratcher entered a plea of ‘not guilty’ on the charges of being responsible for the 2018 death of Jordan Krell.

Brathcher, 19, was charged in 2018 with first-degree murder, theft and possession of stolen property in the connection with the death of Krell, 22, along the 400 block of Dale’s Draw in McPherson at Mustang Mobile Home Park.

He is now facing charges of murder in the first-degree, attempted aggravated robbery, burglary of a vehicle and theft of a firearm.

Administrative Judge, Joe Dickinson, after hearing various witness statements, believed that there was enough evidence being presented to move forward with the case and set a jury trial to begin at 9:00 a.m. on February 3, with a pre-trial scheduled ahead of the jury trial on January 16 beginning at 1:30 p.m.
