EL DORADO – It was like the match was over from the moment the first match was to begin on Thursday as the McPherson High wrestling team buried host El Dorado on the road 56-17 in a dual victory that marked the beginning of the 2019-20 season for the Bullpups.

The Bullpups were handed two easy wins by forfeit from the 106 and 113 lbs. matches to start the event, then promptly went to the mat and won the next five matches in a row to earn a 40-0 lead before El Dorado seemed to know what happened.
