INMAN – One of the top defensive players for the Inman Teuton football team, Sam Kleinherenbrink, has chosen to continue his football career just up the road in Lindsborg for Bethany College.

Kleinherenbrink was one of the team leaders for the Teuton football program in 2019 as he recorded 66 tackles on the season and while 45 of those were assisted tackles, he made 21 solo stops as well. Kleinherenbrink also earned credit for two quarterback sacks and had one interception along with stopping opponents seven times for a loss of yardage.

Kleinherenbrink is planning to major in elementary education with the idea of teaching first to third grade.

Kleinherenbrink is the son of RJ and Connie Kleinherenbrink.
