In a rare opportunity to pursue two sports, Burch recently signed letters of intent for both sports with Bethel College.
Burch has been a three-year letter winner in both sports at Canton/Galva High School and is expected to be one of the mainstays of the Lady Eagle softball team this spring.
Burch success in softball has also come from being a member of the Lady Express and A-Shock softball programs.
According to Burch, she has told folks that ‘attending Bethel was an attraction due to the size of the school plus the campus seemed to be a good fit for her and the teachers she has met were very friendly and welcoming.’
Burch is planning on majoring in Elementary Special Education.
