TWO 1ST PLACE FINISHES – 1 RUNNERUP

By William

COUNCIL GROVE – They may have taken only three wrestlers to the district meet, but the Smoky Valley girls made a whole lot of noise as all three qualified for regionals and two won districts.

Both Belle Peters and Madi Tolle won their weight divisions at districts while Noelle Peters finished second.

In all the matches the three Lady Vikings won, they did so by either a bye or a fall.
