FAIRFIELD – The only thing that kept the Inman track/field teams from total domination of the Tuesday Fairfield track/field meet was Little River.

In the boys meet the Teutons rolled up a whopping 224.50 team points to take the team title a solid 117 points ahead of runner-up Little River who had just 107 points.

The Lady Teutons had an impressive 154 points but finished in second place, losing the team title by just six points to the Little River girls who had 160 points.

For the Teuton boys they recorded 10 individual first-place finishes while also scoring wins in all three of the relays, the 4×100, 4×400, and 4×800.

Tanner Heckel, Eli Brunk, and Harrison Brunk all claimed a pair of individual golds for the Teutons, with Heckel wining both the long jump and triple jump, while Eli Brunk scored a first-place in the 110- and 300-meter hurdles, and Harrison Brunk won both the 100 and 200 meters.

Other Inman athletes gaining first-place finishes in their events were Dawson Mannebach in the 400 meters, Sebastian Martinez in the 800-meter run, Grant Thimmesch in the javelin, and Riley Stallings in the 3,200 meters.

Kendyn blank joined Harrison Brunk, Mannebach, and Heckel to cover the four legs of both the winning 4×100 and 4×400 meter relays.

While the Lady Teutons finished second overall, they did score seven first place finishes in individual events led by Madelyn Heflin who won both the 100 meters and the 100-meter hurdles.
